200-300 gr. melon

2 hrs later:
apple

Fruits:

250 gr.
papaya

Lunch

Vegetable salad:
Cucumber, carrot, parsley, dill, lettuce, red bell pepper,
1 tablsp. Tahini

1 corn on the cob

3-4 medium baked potatoes

Vegetable salad:
Lettuce, dill, alfalfa, red bell pepper,
1/3 avocado, 

baked squash

whole-wheat bread with avocado

Vegetable salad:
Lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, parsley, lemon

Cooked vegetables: lentils ,parsley, pumpkin, carrot, celery root, dill, green beans

Dinner

Vegetable salad:
Cucumber, carrot, parsley, dill, lettuce, red bell pepper,
1 tablsp. Tahini

whole-wheat bread/pita
humous

 

3-4 peaches
3-4 figs
10-15 almonds
(peeled and soaked in water for 5 hrs)
