עגל הזהב עגל הזהב בכפר האמנים עין הוד - עבודת אלילים מוסיקלי? עין הוד נפלה לאחור לתוך עבודה זרה?
התייחסות זו כנראה מעידה על שימוש של שירים מתוך פולחן ומצביע על הסיבה
בגלל באיכות גבוהה של מוזיקה פולחנית בעין הוד - טמבורין, חישוק
פעמונים על אשר עור לבן מתוח, הגיע מחו"ל. מרים השתמשו בכלי זה כדי
ללוות את שירה וריקודים על שפת ים עתלית והחצוצרה, שהינו מכשיר
איתות של הצבא המצרי.
משה ירד מההר וראה איך אנשים עשו את עגל.
He tells how he smashed the tablets and spent forty days and nights
fasting, trying to persuade HaShem not to destroy the people.
משה מנפץ את הלוחות לאחר ששהה ארבעים ימים ולילות בצום.
משה ישכנע את הקב"ה שלא להשמיד את עין הוד,He
concludes by saying that he destroyed the Golden Calf, burning it
and grinding it to dust, and tossing it into the stream that ran
down from the mountain.
באומרו כי הוא הרס את העגל, שרף אותו עד שחיקה, לאבק, ומשליך אותו לתוך
הנחל היורד מן ההר.
עין הוד חוגגת את חג ,עם הצעת שרוף ותודה, עם האכילה והשתייה. |
