Ein Hod is an artist village with a grate restaurant — which
is more than enough considering the charm and wealth of
their location and cuisine. Doņa Rosa an excellent
Argentinean restaurant located on the village’s central
square, where in the past the only total café stood as a
gathering place for artists and visitors engaging in
discussions and festivities into the night. The
establishment is named after the grandmother of its owners,
the Rautfteisch brothers, whose Argentinean roots and savoir
faire are felt in the succulent meat (imported from
Argentina), in the warm courteous service and in the joyful
atmosphere which reigns here, The grill was brought over
from Argentina - as well as the grill man and the coal,
which allows Argentinean-style slow burning. Fillets,
entrecotes, rum steaks and other tender and juicy parts are
served on mini grills brought to the heavy wood tables. In
tune with their Jewish roots as well as with the modern
Argentinean trends, their menu also offers “varinikes"
(traditional Ashkenazi dumplings) and a variety of gnocchi
and pasta. Every Friday evening the terrace hosts live
